(hereinafter referred to as "Yuanxin Satellite") successfully concluded a capital increase on August 17. This move attracted a total of 18 investors, collectively injecting 6.976 billion yuan and culminating in a new shareholding proportion of 13.94%. Notably, the consortium comprising 24 entities, including Guodiao Phase II Collaborative Development Fund Co., Ltd., emerged as the largest contributor, investing approximately 5.764 billion yuan and securing an 11.5167% stake. Calculating from the latest financing sum and shareholding ratio, Yuanxin Satellite is now valued at 50 billion yuan. Yuanxin Satellite serves as the operational entity for the Qianfan constellation, which, as of July 5, boasted 238 satellites already in orbit.
