The 2026 World Robot Conference is poised to unfold from August 19th to 23rd in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. Themed "Human-Machine Symbiosis, Integration of Production and Demand," this edition of the conference has been elevated in both scale and caliber. It enjoys the backing of nearly 30 international organizations, with 30% of the international attendees expected to grace the main forum.

In terms of the exhibition, over 300 enterprises will participate, presenting more than 2,000 exhibits, including over 150 new product debuts. Additionally, over 60 concurrent events will enrich the conference experience. At the venue, the "Global Robot Application Exploration Initiative" will be launched, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) will also unveil the establishment of a robotics innovation consortium for central enterprises.

Moreover, the finals of the 2026 World Robot Contest will coincide with the conference, drawing over 6,000 teams and more than 10,000 participants from over 20 countries. The registration portal for the conference opened on July 6th, offering free admission to individuals under 18 and over 60 years old.

According to statistics, from January to May this year, the operating revenue of China's robot enterprises above a designated scale has surpassed 90 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year increase of 26.9%. Over the past five years, the average annual growth rate has exceeded 20%, showcasing the robust growth trajectory of China's robotics industry.
