According to The Wall Street Journal, Elon Musk's underground tunneling company, The Boring Company, is in talks to raise $4 billion in funding at a post-money valuation expected to reach $20 billion. The deal has not yet been finalized, and terms may change. The company, spun off from SpaceX in 2018, has already built a tunnel network in Las Vegas and plans to construct new projects in locations such as Nashville and Dubai.
