An Amazon subsidiary is finalizing a licensing agreement with InterDigital to resolve a dispute over allegations that devices such as Fire TV infringe on five patents related to video processing and compression technology. The two sides have reached an arbitration agreement, and the judge approved a joint motion to suspend the relevant litigation in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware while the agreement moves forward.
