SpaceX has launched a scathing critique against the European Union's proposed limitations on its satellite spectrum usage rights, asserting that such measures could significantly compromise the integrity of satellite communication services in Ukraine. Since the onset of Russia's full-scale military operation, Starlink services have emerged as a vital lifeline for Ukraine's communication infrastructure. A document, submitted by SpaceX to EU authorities and subsequently obtained by the media, elucidates: "The proposed restrictions may culminate in two detrimental scenarios: either Europe will be barred from implementing direct-to-cell satellite services, or the establishment of new European satellite networks will precipitate global signal interference, thereby jeopardizing critical services, including emergency communications in Ukraine."
