Cainiao is set to build a state-of-the-art, highly efficient European supply chain fulfillment center in the Netherlands. This new facility will incorporate over 100 self-developed climbing robots, catering to the needs of both business (B-end) and consumer (C-end) clients. Spanning an impressive 26,000 square meters, the center is strategically positioned with easy access to the Port of Rotterdam and the heart of Europe. Secured under a 10-year lease, this marks Cainiao's second warehouse establishment in the Netherlands. Since the start of this year, Cainiao has ramped up its efforts to open overseas warehouses across Europe, unveiling new facilities in the UK, France, Spain, and Poland in April. This strategic move is in response to the escalating demand for overseas warehouses, fueled by recent tax reforms in Europe. Cainiao is actively expanding its new warehouse network throughout Europe to cater to the needs of global merchants exporting to the region. Presently, Cainiao's global supply chain network encompasses over 50 overseas warehouses spread across 18 countries and regions, offering services to facilitate the global expansion of various industries. Additionally, it provides overseas brands and merchants with a comprehensive, end-to-end logistics and supply chain service that seamlessly connects overseas factories with Chinese consumers.
