Enjie Share has achieved significant strides in its major production capacity expansion in Zigong City, Sichuan Province. As per the announcement dated June 8, Sichuan Enjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd.—the project’s executing entity, which is set to produce 5 billion square meters of lithium battery separator films annually—has successfully finalized its industrial and commercial registration and secured its business license. The total investment in the project amounts to 4 billion yuan. It is being jointly advanced by Enjie Share’s majority-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Enjie, which holds a 67% stake, along with industrial partners recommended by the local government. The project aims to ease the supply strain of high-end separator films, enhance the national production capacity distribution, and fortify its standing in the industry.
