During his 1,675-day tenure at XPENG Robotics, Shi Xiaoxin played a pivotal role in steering the full-cycle development of the IRON humanoid robot, from its initial prototype phase to mass production. As a founding member of XPENG's humanoid product system, his contributions were instrumental in shaping the company's robotics landscape.
Shi Xiaoxin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney. Prior to joining XPENG, he served as the technical leader for the Asia-Pacific region of the French NAO robot, showcasing his extensive expertise in the field.
At present, Shi Xiaoxin's future plans remain undisclosed. He has turned down offers from several leading robotics firms and emerging automotive players, opting instead to take a well-deserved break.
