Recently, during an institutional research session, Laibao Hi-Tech announced that the Microcavity Electronic Paper Display (MED) project—a venture undertaken by its majority-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Laibao Display—is advancing in line with its planned schedule. Key imported equipment has been arriving in stages, and the installation and debugging processes have already commenced. The entire project is projected to span a construction period of two years and is currently in its active construction phase. The company has set a target to have the production line products up and running by the end of September 2026. However, it is anticipated that the production conditions will not be met in the first half of 2026.
