On May 27, reports indicated that the State Administration for Market Regulation had recently rallied domestic scientific and technological resources to successfully overcome key challenges in the precise and stable generation of ozone standard gases. They have surmounted the hurdles of maintaining stable ozone production and broken the technological monopoly previously held by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) of the United States in the field of traceability for ozone gas measurements. At present, relevant institutions are leveraging these research achievements to carry out a national metrological comparison of environmental air ozone standard reference photometers. This endeavor provides crucial technical backing for advancing ozone detection technology and improving the quality of monitoring data.
