Recently, ZhiYouWuJie, an aerospace and marine robotics enterprise affiliated with Tsinghua University, successfully closed its angel round of financing. This round was spearheaded by Matrix Partners China, with additional investment from its existing shareholder, Zhuoyuan Asia. This achievement marks ZhiYouWuJie's third funding round within a single year. Prior to this, the company had already secured seed round financing from Zhuoyuan Asia and Leaguer Startup. Moreover, it received a seed+ round investment from Chuhui Capital, Zhuoyuan Asia, and Huayao Xinchao. Established in August 2025, ZhiYouWuJie traces its roots back to the Tsinghua Shenzhen Intelligent Robotics Laboratory. The company specializes in the field of industrial embodied intelligence and is dedicated to enhancing hardware capabilities through model-driven approaches. Its ultimate goal is to develop intelligent hardware products that are autonomous, adaptable, and versatile.
