At the main forum of the Full Industry Robot Linkage Conference (FAIRplus 2026) in Shenzhen, the Domestic Robotics Electronic Architecture Consortium was formally established. This consortium, jointly initiated by key entities across the industry chain—including the Shenzhen Robotics Association, Kyland Technology, Digibot Robotics, the Beijing Humanoid Robotics Innovation Center, UBTECH, LimX Dynamics, T-Robot, Daxiao Robotics, Sunray Intelligent, and Dongfang Precision—seeks to cultivate a robotics industry ecosystem built on autonomous and controllable electronic architectures.
As the world’s largest industrial powerhouse and robotics market, China is witnessing a swift surge in robot adoption. Nevertheless, the path to industrialization is hindered by two significant hurdles: fragmentation within the supply chain ecosystem and a lack of sufficient autonomy and control over foundational security elements. The consortium aims to lay down an open and unified domestic technological foundation, harness the collective strengths of the entire industry chain, and drive China’s robotics sector into a new era of development—one that is underpinned by self-reliant core architectures and the collaborative advancement of hardware and software ecosystems.
