The General Office of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government has recently unveiled the "Several Policy Measures to Foster the Growth of the Intelligent Robot Industry in Heilongjiang Province." This initiative is designed to drive significant technological advancements in the field of intelligent robots. The policy encourages enterprises to seek funding through provincial key research and development programs, with a particular emphasis on achieving breakthroughs in core components—such as specialized chips, controllers, and sensors—as well as in critical areas like large-scale models, core software and algorithm development, robot body construction, and system integration. This is aimed at tackling key "bottleneck" technologies. Qualifying projects will be eligible for research grants ranging from 5 million to 10 million yuan.
