On February 5th, it was reported that SpaceX is moving forward with its initial public offering (IPO) and has held meetings with banks outside the United States, aiming to go public this year. Sources familiar with the matter said that in mid-January, several foreign banks sent letters of intent to SpaceX's California office, including European banks and companies from other regions. Previous reports indicated that SpaceX plans to conduct an IPO in mid-June 2026, raising $50 billion with a company valuation of approximately $1.5 trillion. If successful, it would become the largest IPO in global history. Currently, SpaceX has secured Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and others as lead underwriters and is selecting more banks to take on junior roles in the IPO.
