On January 12, 2026, Wingtech Technology made an announcement stating that a dispute had arisen between its subsidiary, Wingtech India, and Luxshare Precision's Luxshare - ICT concerning the transaction of an asset package related to their Indian business ventures. Wingtech Technology has requested that Luxshare - ICT pay the outstanding transaction amount, which is approximately RMB 160 million. In contrast, Luxshare - ICT has taken a firm stance, asserting that the agreement should be terminated and that the roughly INR 1.977 billion it has already paid should be refunded. This dispute has now been escalated to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for resolution. According to reports, the root cause of the dispute lies in the fact that the assets of Wingtech India have been seized. This seizure has effectively thwarted the normal completion of the deal. In response to this situation, Wingtech Technology is taking proactive measures. The company plans to file a counterclaim, insisting that Luxshare - ICT should fulfill its contractual obligations, pay the remaining balance, and provide compensation for the losses incurred.
