Guangzhou has unveiled the "Guangzhou Plan for Accelerating the Construction of a Premier City in Advanced Manufacturing (2024-2035)". This plan is dedicated to overcoming key technological hurdles in reusable rocket technology. By harnessing the capabilities of the Conghua Commercial Rocket Liquid Propulsion System Testing Center and the Industrialization Base for Assembly and Testing, it aims to bolster the development of medium-to-large liquid rockets. Furthermore, it outlines a vision to make these facilities accessible and shareable with research institutions, enterprises, and universities nationwide in the future. In tandem with these efforts, Guangzhou is set to propel the construction of the CAS Space liquid rocket assembly and testing base in Nansha, hasten the setup of the Galactic Energy rocket assembly base in Huangpu, foster the creation of high-thrust, reusable liquid rockets, and cultivate cost-effective, high-frequency space launch capabilities.
