These projects collectively involve an investment of roughly 157.34 billion yuan. Notably, the pan-video technology R&D headquarters project situated in Yuehai Subdistrict, Nanshan District, has been earmarked as Douyin's second headquarters. This project is set to bolster the research and development of Douyin's key products and emerging ventures, establish pertinent research and service hubs, and foster the growth of a robotics industry cluster. Shenzhen Jinritoutiao Information Technology Co., Ltd., along with other entities, successfully secured the bid for this plot at a price of 965 million yuan. The plot will undergo a comprehensive design and renovation process, seamlessly integrating with the entrance of Talent Park Station on Metro Line 13.
