Recently, Lante Optics made an announcement detailing its strategic move to deepen international industrial chain collaboration and mitigate potential risks stemming from international trade frictions. The company has earmarked an investment of up to US$60 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 420 million) from its self-owned and self-raised funds. This investment will facilitate the simultaneous establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Lante Optics PTE. LTD., in Singapore, and a grandchild company, Lante Optics SDN. BHD., in Malaysia.

This investment initiative has undergone thorough review and received approval from the company's board of directors. Notably, it does not necessitate submission to the shareholders' meeting for further approval. The primary objectives of this overseas investment are to establish a research and development production footprint in the Southeast Asian region, foster closer ties with international markets, and bolster the company's global market competitiveness and risk resilience.
