Recently, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation's latest-generation G300 super mid-size business jet achieved a remarkable feat by successfully completing its inaugural flight at Ben Gurion International Airport in Israel. Introduced to the world on September 30, 2025, this first flight stands as a significant milestone for the model, heralding the official launch of the rigorous flight test certification phase for the G300. The test aircraft lifted off at 8:05 AM local time, cruising at an altitude of 30,000 feet (about 9,144 meters) and a speed of Mach 0.75 for a duration of 2 hours and 25 minutes, ultimately accomplishing its mission with flying colors. Prior to this milestone, the project had already racked up over 2,000 hours of ground testing. Moreover, two additional test aircraft are currently in production and will soon join forces to propel the comprehensive airworthiness certification process forward.
