Kandi Technologies has announced its intention to purchase 100% of the equity in Rawrr, a premium electric off-road motorcycle brand that has swiftly risen to prominence in the United States in recent years, with a robust network of nearly 300 dealers. Once the acquisition is finalized, Rawrr's electric off-road motorcycles will significantly enhance Kandi Technologies' product offerings in the off-highway vehicle market, which already includes golf crossovers, UTVs (Utility Task Vehicles), and other vehicles. Together, they will forge a comprehensive low-carbon mobility system that caters to a wide range of scenarios, including community commuting, outdoor off-roading adventures, and leisurely entertainment activities.
