By the end of October 2025, China witnessed a net addition of 233 cinemas and 1,588 screens for the year, bringing the nationwide total of operational cinemas to 15,438 and the total screen count to 92,556. Among these, domestically developed projection systems, CINITY and CINITY LED, have delivered exceptional performance. During the 7th Hainan Island International Film Festival in December, the film Avatar: Fire and Ash will opt for CINITY and CINITY LED screens for its Chinese premiere.
