On November 25, the China National Space Administration unveiled the Action Plan for Fostering High-Quality and Safe Growth in the Commercial Aerospace Industry (2025-2027). This plan aims to refine the intellectual property rights framework, facilitate the utilization and dissemination of state-funded scientific and technological advancements among commercial aerospace entities, launch extensive demonstration initiatives for the adoption of innovative technologies, products, and scenarios, explore diverse technological pathways, and enhance the development and accessibility of application scenarios. It calls on local governments to set up cutting-edge technology achievement transformation hubs and service platforms, establish a system for sharing achievements, offer policy and financial incentives, drive the integration of national aerospace scientific and technological breakthroughs into the commercial aerospace sector, and boost the efficiency of technological innovation.
