CITIC Securities has released a research report indicating that, during the implementation of the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, policy support will be a key driver in propelling hydrogen energy towards industrialization. Green hydrogen is set to undergo integrated development alongside computing power and new energy sources. The strategic planning of hydrogen energy corridors for highway transportation will spur rapid growth in fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs). This, in turn, will lead to an expansion in the market for green fuels and the emergence of novel industrial carbon reduction scenarios. These transformative trends are expected to fuel demand growth across the green hydrogen industrial chain and electrolyzer equipment sector. Presently, domestic hydrogen energy enterprises are grappling with substantial profitability challenges; however, a surge in profits is anticipated post-industrialization. From a long-term perspective, investors are advised to concentrate on three primary themes, with a strong emphasis on companies boasting stable core operations and promising growth trajectories within the hydrogen energy landscape.
