On November 10, Bezos's aerospace venture, Blue Origin, is set to launch its 'New Glenn' rocket from Cape Canaveral, Florida. This launch serves as a pivotal milestone for Blue Origin as it seeks to challenge SpaceX's stronghold in the space industry. Towering at approximately 97.5 meters, the 'New Glenn' rocket will transport two spacecraft, crafted by Rocket Lab, on a journey towards Mars. This mission represents the inaugural foray of 'New Glenn' into serving NASA's objectives. Back in January of this year, 'New Glenn' successfully completed its debut flight, reaching orbit as planned, though the booster landing encountered a setback. Echoing the design philosophy of SpaceX's 'Falcon' series rockets, 'New Glenn' is engineered for partial reusability, with its booster capable of undertaking multiple launches to drive down costs.
