Effective September 1, several new regulations will take effect nationwide and locally. Pursuant to the "Implementation Plan for the Financial Interest Subsidy Policy for Personal Consumption Loans," a financial interest subsidy policy for personal consumption loans will be officially rolled out. This subsidy covers transactions of less than 50,000 yuan per purchase, as well as larger purchases of 50,000 yuan or more in key areas such as household vehicles, home furnishings, and electronic products. Additionally, the new mandatory national standard, "Safety Technical Specifications for Electric Bicycles," will also come into effect on the same day. This standard alleviates the weight limit for lead-acid battery models and removes the requirement for pedal riding devices, thereby catering to the daily needs of consumers.
