In a research report dated August 29, CITIC Securities highlighted that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has issued a document aimed at vigorously promoting the development of the satellite communication industry. The document outlines ambitions to achieve widespread adoption of novel business models, such as direct mobile phone connectivity to satellites, by 2030, with the goal of surpassing 10 million satellite communication users. This initiative is poised to significantly expand the market for satellite applications. Recently, China's GW networking has witnessed a marked acceleration, and the "Guiding Opinions on Optimizing Business Access to Promote the Development of the Satellite Communication Industry" mandates the acceleration of the satellite internet system's construction. On the rocket front, multiple large liquid rockets, including the LiJian-2, Zhuque-3, Tianlong-3, and the modified Long March-12, are scheduled for their maiden flights within the year. This is anticipated to bolster launch capacity and reduce costs. The synchronized growth of satellites, rockets, and applications presents lucrative investment opportunities across the satellite internet industry chain.
