Baidu is contemplating the issuance of Dim Sum Bonds for a second time, aiming to raise approximately RMB 4 billion, with a potential upper limit of RMB 4.5 billion. This may encompass a 3.5-year bond offering. In March of this year, Baidu debuted its Dim Sum Bond issuance, successfully raising RMB 10 billion.
