Bullish has announced the pricing of its initial public offering (IPO) at $37 per share, offering a total of 30 million common shares. The stock is set to commence trading on the New York Stock Exchange on August 13 under the ticker symbol "BLSH." The IPO is jointly led by J.P. Morgan and Jefferies and has been oversubscribed by over 20 times. Furthermore, Bullish has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4.5 million shares at the IPO price.
