Wang Renfei, Director of the Department of Comprehensive Institutional Reform at the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), unveiled the Commission's plan to foster a unified national market. This involves deepening reforms in the marketization of factor allocation, enhancing the national electricity market system, and cultivating a unified national data market. Additionally, the NDRC will facilitate the coordinated and unified opening of the transportation market. Furthermore, the Commission will address disordered competition among enterprises in accordance with the law, bolster capacity management in key industries, standardize bidding and tendering processes to ensure fair outcomes, strengthen oversight of local investment attraction practices, improve information disclosure, and robustly implement measures to clear and rectify market access barriers.
