Specifically, the share of users with budgets ranging from 50,000 to 120,000 yuan declined from 70.38% to 61.3%, marking a decrease of one-tenth. Simultaneously, the proportions of users with budgets below 50,000 yuan and within the 120,000-200,000 yuan bracket both witnessed significant increases, rising to 16.48% and a higher level, respectively.

Furthermore, data from the Tubatu platform indicates that compared to the second half of 2024, the demand for partial renovation projects has surged by 27% month-on-month. Even more notably, the demand for minor decoration projects has skyrocketed by an impressive 29%.
