Guided by the Shanghai Data Administration, the "Innovation Consortium for Overseas Services of Smart Terminals" was launched in the "Digital Shanghai" exhibition area. This consortium aims to tackle the challenges faced by smart terminals in expanding overseas and foster a collaborative innovation platform. Qian Xiao, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Data Administration, emphasized that the consortium will consolidate resources to facilitate enterprises' overseas expansion, execute the national "dual circulation" strategy, and enhance international cooperation. Shanghai will intensify its focus on digital infrastructure, intergovernmental collaborations, and fostering an ecosystem conducive to enterprises' global endeavors. Additionally, the city will refine its service system to support the globalization of digital enterprises.
