The International Data Corporation (IDC) has released its "China Automotive Cloud Market (H2 2024) Tracker" report, revealing that China's automotive cloud market expanded to RMB 6.51 billion in the second half of 2024, marking a 27.4% year-on-year growth. The report underscores that advancements in autonomous driving technology and the evolution of generative AI are poised to introduce new growth avenues for the automotive cloud market, further accelerating the adoption of cloud computing in the automotive sector. Additionally, the market for autonomous driving R&D solutions in 2024 surpassed RMB 1.634 billion, registering an 18.42% year-on-year increase. Notably, Baidu Intelligent Cloud emerged as the market leader with a revenue of RMB 564 million, capturing a 34.51% market share.
