According to the Meteorological Center of the Civil Aviation Administration's Air Traffic Management Bureau, light to moderate rain is expected in the eastern region of Southwest China and the southern portion of Central and Southern China, accompanied by localized convective weather that could impact airports in Guiyang, Guilin, and Zhanjiang. Additionally, low clouds are anticipated to affect aircraft takeoffs and landings, potentially disrupting operations at airports in Kunming and Haikou from morning to noon.
