The Ministry of Commerce aims to expedite the rollout of pilot foreign investment projects in the realms of cloud computing and biotechnology, thereby furthering China's opening-up to the world. Concurrently, it will harness the potential of platforms like pilot free trade zones and the national pilot program for expanding the opening-up of the service industry to catalyze pilot liberalization in sectors such as telecommunications and healthcare. Moreover, the Ministry will steadily and methodically broaden independent opening-up in education and culture. Additionally, it will revise and streamline the negative list for market access, eliminate hidden barriers, and ensure that foreign-invested enterprises enjoy unhindered 'entry and operation' privileges.
