On January 6th, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Data Administration, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology collaboratively unveiled the "Guidelines for the Development of National Data Infrastructure." These guidelines are intended to propel the construction of data-centric digital infrastructure, fostering a unified national data framework that enables seamless data flow and sharing across levels, regions, systems, departments, and industries. Furthermore, the guidelines emphasize the creation of premium datasets in sectors such as agriculture, industry, transportation, and finance, while urging regions to bolster their capabilities in data processing and testing for social services. This initiative aims to cultivate a tightly knit ecosystem that seamlessly integrates industry, academia, research, and application.
