Maixinlin announced on November 2 that it had signed an Equipment Procurement Contract with Company A on June 26, 2026, agreeing to purchase computing power server-related equipment, with a total contract amount of approximately 890 million yuan (tax included). Due to factors such as shortages of goods in the upstream supply chain, Company A failed to deliver the first batch of equipment on schedule. After negotiation, the two parties signed a Supplementary Agreement to extend the delivery deadline under the original contract, stipulating that Company A should deliver 16 units of equipment by October 31, 2026. As of that deadline, however, Company A had only provided equipment serial numbers, which does not constitute completion of delivery, nor does it mean that the company is certain to obtain the equipment and pass acceptance inspection. Company A has thus again breached the contract. The company sent a Demand Letter to Company A on October 30, 2026. This delayed delivery has caused the implementation of the company's computing power resources to fall short of expectations, and the related plans for its computing power business have been forced to be postponed; however, it does not affect the production and operation of its existing main business.
