Shenzhen Sunshine Jinhui Technology Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Sunshine Co., Ltd., entered into a comprehensive server leasing service agreement with Company A. Initially, the total service fee, inclusive of taxes, was set at RMB 633 million. By September 12, Sunshine Jinhui had successfully delivered and had acceptance passed for around 16.4% of the servers. Following this, both parties mutually agreed to sign a supplementary pact, which involved an upward revision of the unit price and quantity for the services yet to be delivered. Consequently, the total service fee, inclusive of taxes, under the original agreement was revised to RMB 1.104 billion, marking a substantial increase of 74.48%.
