On October 15, Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA, disclosed at a Stockholm event that CoreWeave, a data center operator and a purchaser of its computing devices, is experiencing a sustained enhancement in its financial health and an increase in its overall strength. He emphasized that NVIDIA is not required to furnish financial guarantees for CoreWeave and expressed a positive outlook on its future, highlighting the decreasing capital expenses of CoreWeave. Earlier, CoreWeave's credibility had diminished in the credit markets, with mounting apprehensions regarding its risk of default. Huang's comments are intended to bolster market confidence. CoreWeave serves as a prime example of emerging artificial intelligence infrastructure firms, which have arisen to address the swiftly escalating demand for AI computing capabilities. Nevertheless, the substantial borrowing undertaken by companies like CoreWeave, facilitated by suppliers, has also sparked concerns in the market that circular financing might be generating artificial demand.
