On October 15th, Kingkey Agricultural and Super Intelligent Computing Company inked a Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Shenzhen. As the inaugural move in their collaborative endeavor, Zixia North, a computing power business subsidiary under the Kingkey Agricultural umbrella, entered into an AI server product purchase and sales contract with Super Intelligent Computing Company. This move is designed to further bolster computing power resources. The collaboration primarily encompasses four key areas: Firstly, establishing a robust mechanism to safeguard computing power infrastructure and product supply, complete with coordinated efforts in equipment selection, quality verification, delivery, and acceptance processes. Secondly, fostering supply chain and production synergy. Thirdly, ensuring comprehensive lifecycle operation. Fourthly, driving market expansion and co-constructing an ecosystem. Both parties will harness their respective exhibition centers and customer networks to jointly orchestrate market promotion activities. These efforts will target general computing power markets, including government affairs and finance sectors, while also championing application implementation in diverse scenarios such as smart parks, smart hotels, smart agriculture, food cold chain management, and safety traceability. Through these initiatives, they aim to construct an industrial ecosystem that seamlessly integrates 'computing power, scenario, and service'.
