Xingyun Technology disclosed that, as of October 9, it had entered into computing power contracts with five key customers. These contracts are structured around a heavy-asset model, wherein the company purchases GPUs by itself, constructs clusters, and subsequently collects fixed rents. The cumulative value of the five 5-year contracts soared to 16.878 billion yuan, translating to an average annual rent of roughly 3.376 billion yuan. It's worth noting that the contract amounts, durations, and average annual rents exhibit variations among different customers. In the third quarter, the leading customers adjusted the leasing prices of the already-signed contracts upwards.
