Xiangjiang Holdings has officially declared that on October 13, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xiangjiang Yunhan, entered into a computing power technical service contract with its affiliated entity, Chengyatai. Under this agreement, Chengyatai has entrusted Xiangjiang Yunhan with the responsibility of delivering comprehensive, high-caliber technical services for its IT infrastructure. These services encompass a wide range of activities, including architectural planning and design, technical support, as well as operation and maintenance management. The total value of the contract is projected to reach RMB 158 million, spanning a service period of five years with monthly installment payments for the service fees. This transaction, being a related-party deal, has already received the green light from the board of directors and is exempt from the need for shareholders' meeting approval.
