ST Doushen announced that its wholly-owned grandchild company, Doushen Hong Kong Limited, has signed a Cloud Computing Service Agreement with a VB client to provide cloud services such as GPU computing power resource leasing, deployment, and operation and maintenance. The service period is 60 months, with a total contract value of US$119 million (excluding taxes and fees), equivalent to approximately RMB 801 million.
