Doushen Hong Kong Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary's subsidiary of ST Doushen, has entered into a Cloud Computing Service Agreement with a VB client. The agreement entails the provision of GPU computing power resource leasing, deployment, and operational cloud services. The services will commence for a period of 60 months following the activation of resources and successful completion of the service readiness test. The total contract value stands at approximately US$119 million, which is roughly equivalent to RMB 801 million. This contract signifies a substantial computing power service project for the company's intelligent computing service sector and serves as a pivotal move in fostering a secondary growth trajectory. It underscores the company's strategic shift from AI applications to the realm of computing power infrastructure.
