ST Doushen: Doushen Hong Kong Inks 60-Month Cloud Computing Service Deal

On September 30, ST Doushen made an announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Doushen Hong Kong Limited, had recently entered into a Cloud Computing Service Agreement with a VB client. Under this agreement, Doushen Hong Kong Limited will supply cloud computing services over a span of 60 months. The total contract value stands at US$119 million (excluding tax), which is roughly equivalent to RMB 801 million. The client has made an upfront payment covering 40% of the total order value. Moreover, ST Doushen offers joint liability guarantees for the relevant obligations, with the guaranteed amount not surpassing US$47.5423 million.
