AI cloud computing company Nscale has completed a $3.36 billion convertible note financing round ahead of its IPO, led by Third Point. Of this amount, $2.36 billion has already been received, with an additional $1 billion committed by NVIDIA set to arrive by mid-November. Nscale stated that the total value of its contracts has exceeded $103 billion.
