Digital China Government Services has made public that its wholly-owned secondary subsidiary, Zhengtong Zhisuan (Jinan) Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a Sales Contract with Company A. Under this agreement, Zhengtong Zhisuan will purchase 64 servers from Company A, with the total procurement amount estimated at RMB 576 million. Judging from the current procurement amount, the contract value represents 15.06% of the company's most recently audited total assets. This strategic procurement is set to bolster the infrastructure underpinning the company's computational power service projects. It will not only strengthen the supply and service capabilities of computational resources but also optimize the overall layout of the computational power business.
