In light of the newly proposed import regulations for optical modules in data centers by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC), there has been market concern regarding whether Huagong Tech's production facility in Thailand is capable of handling new orders from North American clients and mitigating policy risks, should overseas regulations impose restrictions on new optical modules manufactured in mainland China. Huagong Tech has clarified that, at present, these developments do not affect the company. It will persist in closely monitoring the situation, devising preemptive contingency strategies, and ensuring the uninterrupted and efficient operation of its business endeavors.
