Maxcell Telecom, a company listed on the STAR Market, entered into a procurement contract with Company A in June this year, agreeing to purchase computing power servers at a total value of RMB 890 million. As per the contract terms, Maxcell Telecom paid a 30% deposit, amounting to RMB 266.88 million. However, Company A failed to deliver the first batch of equipment by the agreed-upon date of August 25th and, as of September 21st, had still not fulfilled its delivery obligations, thereby constituting a breach of contract.
At present, both parties are engaged in negotiations to explore potential solutions, including addressing delayed delivery issues, considering alternative supply options, and discussing compensation arrangements. The specific identity of Company A remains undisclosed, and its business registration details and solvency status cannot be verified at this juncture.
Founded in 2010, Maxcell Telecom boasts a registered capital of approximately RMB 147 million. Its primary business operations encompass aerospace components and computing power-related activities. In 2024, Maxcell Telecom made strategic investments to establish Suzhou Ruiying Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Ruixin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., holding 88% and 60% stakes in these entities, respectively. In the first half of 2026, Maxcell Telecom reported revenue of approximately RMB 268 million, a net profit of about RMB 13.42 million, and net assets valued at around RMB 856 million.
