This platform, a collaborative effort between Chengdu City and China Telecom, stands as the pivotal center for computing power scheduling and token management within Chengdu.

Seamlessly integrating a suite of functions—including computing power allocation, model customization, token quantification (note: "Measurement" has been refined to "quantification" for greater precision in this context), data circulation, application enhancement, and cross-border security—the platform aims to holistically consolidate computing power and token resources throughout the city. This integration facilitates effortless access to computing resources, operating on a pay-as-you-go model. By employing tokens as a standardized unit of measure, the platform ensures end-to-end closed-loop management, harmonizing with Chengdu's existing frameworks for computing power vouchers and token vouchers, thereby optimizing and simplifying the associated workflows.
