Xingyun Technology has made an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Changsha Xiangshuyun Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a contract with a VE customer. As per the contract terms, Xiangshuyun will supply computing power services to the VE customer over a span of five years. The total contract value, inclusive of taxes, amounts to RMB 872 million. Given the extended duration of the contract's execution, revenue will be recognized in a phased manner. Moreover, there exists a potential risk that either party might become unable to fulfill the contract obligations due to shifts in their operational or financial circumstances. At present, the company has finalized the procurement of the requisite servers and is in the midst of their receipt and inspection, with the anticipated completion of delivery by September 30, 2026. Should the contract be executed without any hiccups, it is projected to exert a certain influence on the company's future operational performance.
